2. Account Registration & Management
Registration Terms
To register an account with betj, you must provide accurate and complete information. betj reserves the right to close any account opened using false details at any time. The phone number and email address provided at registration will serve as the primary contact details for your account.
- Each individual may register only one account.
- Multiple accounts cannot be opened from the same device, IP address, or payment method.
- Keep your account password strictly confidential — betj will never ask you for it.
- Account access must not be shared with anyone else.
Identity Verification (KYC)
Betj follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure security and legal compliance. You may be asked to submit identity documents before making a withdrawal request or after winning above a certain amount. The following documents are typically required:
- A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
- Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
- Proof of Payment Method Ownership
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC is complete. Please finish your KYC verification right after registration.
3. Deposit & Payment Rules
Betj currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT. Deposits are usually credited instantly. However, network issues may occasionally cause delays of up to 15 minutes.

Only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Funds sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
Betj does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking service provider may apply their own charges.
If funds don't appear in your account after a deposit, contact our support team with your transaction ID. Without the transaction ID, we are unable to trace the deposit.
4. Withdrawal Rules & Process
To withdraw winnings from betj, you must first complete KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2–24 hours. Processing may take a little longer on weekends or public holidays.
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
- Maximum single withdrawal: ৳1,00,000
- Daily maximum withdrawal: ৳5,00,000
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
Bonus Balance Withdrawal
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. To make a bonus balance withdrawable, you must meet the applicable wagering requirements. These conditions may vary for each bonus offer.
Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not always be possible to cancel it. Please make sure you are certain before submitting your request.
5. Betting Rules
All bets placed on betj are considered final. Once a bet is placed, it may only be voided under specific circumstances, such as a match being cancelled or abandoned. betj reserves the right to void bets if suspicious betting activity is detected.
Live Betting
In Live Betting, odds can change at any moment. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the ones that apply. Bets delayed due to network issues may be voided.
Betting Limits

- Maximum single bet: varies by event and market — betj sets a maximum bet limit for each event.
- Placing large bets on the same event from multiple accounts will be treated as system manipulation.
Any bet found to be related to match-fixing or corruption will be voided by betj, and the associated account will be closed. betj is firmly committed to upholding the integrity of sport.
6. Bonus & Promotion Terms
Betj regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. It is essential to read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any offer. By accepting a bonus, you agree to all the terms associated with it.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
- Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
- Bonuses may only be used to bet on specific games or Sports markets as stated in the offer, unless otherwise specified.
- Each bonus may be claimed only once per person or household.
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is typically 5x — meaning if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳5,000 before it can be withdrawn.
If betj detects suspicious bonus usage — such as accounts created solely to claim bonuses — betj reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betj platform. Any violation will result in permanent account closure without prior notice:
- Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions.
- Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Exploiting any bug or vulnerability in the system.
- Concealing your identity by providing false information.
- Attempting to steal another user's information or gain unauthorized access to their account.
- Threatening or pressuring anyone to influence their betting decisions.
If evidence of prohibited activity is found, all balances in the associated account may be confiscated and the matter may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
